KJ is the driving force behind REPTOR Group, bringing together REPTOR | Brand Representation and TYRANT Creative to deliver a complete growth solution for ambitious brands.
With a foundation in Broadcast Journalism, KJ began his professional career at the Austereo Network across FOX FM and Triple M Melbourne, before moving into television production and hosting on Channel 31 and serving as a journalist and news reader for Southern FM. This early immersion in media sharpened his ability to craft compelling narratives and connect with audiences - skills that now underpin his work in brand representation and digital strategy.
KJ went on to build an extensive career in the Travel, Airline and Tourism sector, representing well-known airlines, tourism offices, and travel brands. This experience gave him a global perspective and a deep understanding of how to position and grow businesses in competitive markets.
Harnessing the creative power of a late ADHD diagnosis, KJ thrives on rapid ideation, structured execution, and finding lean, viral pathways to success. His approach blends discipline with imagination, ensuring every project is both strategic and impactful.
And for a fun fact: KJ is petrified of balloons - a quirk known as globaphobia - proving that even fearless strategists have their own unexpected challenges.

Christel is an integral part of the REPTOR Group team, bringing over a decade of experience across sales, marketing, administration, and digital operations. She thrives on helping businesses find clarity, structure, and momentum, whether that means streamlining systems, coordinating campaigns, or managing wholesale accounts.
As a versatile freelance professional, Christel wears many hats: she has led national wholesale programs, supported founders in scaling their operations, and delivered seamless onboarding experiences for clients and teams. Her strength lies in making complex processes simple and effective, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and delivers measurable results.
Beyond her business expertise, Christel is also a Civil Celebrant, creating personalised ceremonies that honour love and connection. This dual focus on people and purpose shines through in her professional work, where she balances strategy with empathy and precision.
