1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Reptor Group (including digital design, website design, and brand representation services). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Work
All work is carried out based on the agreed scope outlined prior to commencement. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees and will be quoted separately.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment may be required upfront, as a part payment, or via retainer depending on the project.

• For invoice-based work, payment is due by the stated due date.

• Late payments may incur a late fee, where permitted under Australian law.

• Final files, access, or deliverables will not be released until full payment has been received.

4. Digital Work & File Delivery

• Drafts or preview files may be provided in lower quality and may include watermarks.

• Watermarks are removed and final high-resolution files are delivered only upon full payment.

• Files are supplied in agreed formats; additional formats may incur a fee.

5. Revisions

• Each package includes a specified number of revisions.

• Additional revisions outside the agreed scope will be charged accordingly.

6. Timelines & Delivery

• Project timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

• While every effort is made to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including delayed client communication or unforeseen circumstances.

• Any changes to timelines will be communicated as soon as possible.

7. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information

• Supply required content (text, images, branding) when requested

• Respond to feedback requests promptly

 

Delays in client responses may affect delivery timelines.

8. No Refund Policy
Due to the time, resources, and creative effort involved in digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

9. Fair Use & Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where communication becomes unreasonable, abusive, or outside fair professional expectations.

10. Brand Representation Services

• Brand representation services may be provided on a retainer or invoice basis.

• Payment terms will be agreed prior to commencement.

• Late payments may incur additional charges where applicable.

11. Intellectual Property

• Final designs and deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment.

• Reptor Group retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

12. Limitation of Liability
Reptor Group will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of delivered work.

13. Acceptance of Terms
Engaging our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
